Hours of service:
Counseling appointments are available:

• Monday through Thursday- 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Friday- 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday- 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Employees are offered an appointment within three business days (72 hours) from the time of the call.
• In crises situations appointments will be offered within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Emergency situations will be handled at the time of the call.
