Life Enrichment EAP is committed to highest
standards of quality services. We continuously evaluate and improve all
aspects of our service delivery. Life Enrichment adheres to all service
standards established by the national Employee Assistance Professionals
Association. In addition, Life Enrichment is accredited by the Council
on Accreditation of Children’s & Family Service organizations
(COA), an international organization that accredits quality organizations
who provide services to individuals, families and employee assistance
services.
Management/Supervisor Evaluation: Measures
the effectiveness of management consultations and case management services.
Case reviews by the EAP clinical staffs are done weekly on all active
management referrals.
Confidential Client Service Satisfaction Surveys: Assesses client satisfaction
with all aspects of the EAP services received.
Training Evaluation: Evaluated the quality
and usefulness of all EAP training and seminars.
Utilization Reports: Life Enrichment provides
regular service utilization and quality improvement reports. These reports
quantify how your EAP services are being utilized. No information is ever
disclosed that might identify a participant.
Account Management: The EAP leadership
team oversees all employer accounts, ensuring goals are met while serving
as a single point of contact. The EAP team communicates with the corporate
customer on a regular basis to insure your corporate needs are being meet.
Clinical Case Review: Oversees the clinical
care provided to each EAP client. Clinical supervision and case file reviews
are utilized to ensure that professional standards are met.
Complaint Resolution: All complaints and
concerns are investigated and effectively resolved in a timely manner
by the EAP Director and Quality Assurance Officer. |
