Kaisha Thomas has a dual license in the State of Florida
as a mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Marriage and Family Therapist
(LMFT), and she holds certification as a Substance Abuse Professional
(SAP).
Ms. Thomas has over fifteen years experience in behavioral health
and has extensive training in Brief Solution-Focused, systemic therapy,
Critical Incident Stress Management, organized systems and program management. She
is a Florida State approved supervisor and meets State of Florida requirements
to provide Hypnotherapy and treat sexual offenders. Ms. Thomas has
co-authored and published a professional article on Brief Solution-Focused

David A. Claud is a Licensed Mental
Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) with
over 32 years of experience in behavioral health and the EAP field. Mr.
Claud has extensive training and experience in program management, quality
improvement, and outcome management systems. He has co-authored, and
published two studies on outcome management systems. In 2001, David
was instrumental in implementing our highly effective outcome management
system. David is also a Peer Reviewer for the Council on Accreditation
of Children’s
& Family Service organizations (COA), an international organization
that accredits behavioral health and EAP organizations.

Andres Torrens is a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker who has more than 20 years of experience working with children
and families. He received his MSW from Hunter College School of Social
Work, and completed his Post Graduate Training in Family Therapy at The
Ackerman Institute for the Family. He has memberships in the National
Association of Social Workers, The American Family Therapy Academy, and
the National Council on Family Relations. In April 2006, Mr. Torrens
joined the staff of The Center For Family Services in their Counseling
